Purpose and responsibility
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses Indoo. You are responsible for your users, Customer Content, instructions, automations, connected accounts, recipients, and any output you choose to use. The examples below are not exhaustive; conduct with a substantially similar harmful effect is also prohibited.
Illegal or harmful activity
- Use the Service to violate a law, regulation, court order, sanctions rule, or another party’s legal rights.
- Create, promote, or facilitate violence, exploitation, human trafficking, self-harm, or abuse of a child.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or expose private information about another person.
- Discriminate unlawfully or make prohibited high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or access to essential services.
Deception, spam, and manipulation
- Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent sponsorship, or create a materially false identity intended to deceive.
- Generate or distribute phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, fabricated endorsements, or deceptive political or commercial content.
- Send spam, unlawful marketing, or messages without the consent, disclosures, and opt-out mechanisms required by law and platform rules.
- Artificially manipulate engagement, reviews, rankings, recommendations, public discourse, or platform metrics.
Privacy and intellectual property
- Collect, upload, infer, or disclose personal information without a lawful basis or required notice and consent.
- Use sensitive personal information when it is not necessary for the requested task.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, confidentiality duties, or other proprietary rights.
- Circumvent access controls, scrape restricted data, or use content in violation of a website’s terms or technical restrictions.
Security and platform abuse
- Probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability without our written permission.
- Introduce malware, destructive code, credential-stealing tools, or content designed to compromise a system or person.
- Bypass usage limits, security controls, content safeguards, approvals, or access restrictions.
- Access another customer’s account or data, share credentials improperly, or interfere with service availability.
- Reverse engineer or extract models, prompts, source code, or non-public data except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use automated means that impose an unreasonable load or resell access without our written permission.
Responsible marketing and publishing
You must review claims, sources, audience lists, targeting, permissions, disclosures, and generated content before publication. Use human approval controls appropriate to the risk. You are responsible for complying with advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, anti-spam, endorsement, and industry-specific rules that apply to your work.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit a feature, suspend an automation or account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to an appropriate authority where reasonably necessary. We consider the severity, recurrence, intent, and risk of harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Report a concern
To report suspected misuse, email [email protected] with “Acceptable use report” in the subject. Include the relevant URL, workspace or account information, a concise description, and supporting material you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords or other authentication secrets.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the Service, threats, or legal requirements evolve. We will publish the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably practicable.
